15/10 Cal Bike

12 KB Shouldered Walking lunges


In front of a clock set for 9 minutes:

2 minutes of Burpees

2 minutes of GHD or weighted sit-ups(30/20)

2 minutes of Inverted Burpees

1 minute of Burpees

1 minute of GHD or weighted sit-ups

1 minute of Inverted Burpees
