Class Schedule Additions
We will be adding a 4:30PM class starting next week (August 29) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We'll see how this time works for everyone. And after Labor Day, we'll also be adding a 6:30PM Olympic lifting/Strength training on Tuesdays and Thursdays (first class would be Sept 6th) . This will be in conjunction with the 6:30PM regular class. We'll have a sign up for this class and limit it to 5 people to start. More info to come.
