Changing things up a bit this month. Instead of accumulating reps for a movement that we dictate, you pick 2-3 weaknesses or skills to work on during the cool down. Still having trouble with Double Unders....make it a goal to do 50 or 100 after your WOD. Just learning the Muscle Up or still need the skills to get there? Work ring dips, C2B pull ups, ring pull ups and transition work. Not quite there on the bandless pull ups, here's your chance to work on them outside of a WOD.
