2. Clean and jerk: 3,2,2,2,1,1,1. Go how you feel.

3. Front Squat: 5,3,1,5,3,1,10. Move up in weight and then deload for the set of 10.

4. Back and Abs of Choice. This is also a great day to condition with friends!
