WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM

  1. back squat: 5 x 6 at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%
  2.  bench press: 5 x 6 at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%
  3. clean deadlifts: 5×6 at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%
  4. strict pull ups x 60 reps total.
  5. sit ups using weight behind head x 100 total
