  1. back squat: 4 x 8 at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%
  2. incline bench press: 4 x 8 at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%
  3. clean deadlifts: 4×8 at 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%
  4. strict pull ups x 50 reps total.
  5. sit ups using weight behind head x 100 total
