1. snatch: warm up to what you want your opener to be next week. this should be a weight you know you can lift and are confident in taking. this attempt gets you in the ball game…..we do not want to miss this attempt…..if you think you can open with 85-90% of your best snatch….that is where you will stop your lift.
rest 20 minutes: pretend you are 15 attempts out from your opener for the clean and jerk.
2. clean and jerk: work up to opening attempt using the 15 attempts out situation.
