WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 (last set should feel about 9 out of 10 on perceived exertion scale.)
  2. snatch on the minute: begin with a 6 do 1 rep x 3 sets….go to a 7 and do 1 rep x 3 sets….go to a 7.5 x 1 rep x 3 sets….then go to an 8 x 1, 8.5 x 1, 9 x 1 (the last 3 take no more than 2 min rest between singles.)
  3. rest 15 min
  4. clean and jerk: same as snatch.
