WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. power snatch+snatch: 1+1 x 5 sets….work up to 8 out of 10 on the perceived exertion scale.  work position and technique and speed.
  2. tempo snatch pulls: 10 sec up and 10 sec down=1 rep…..do 2 reps x 3 sets.
  3. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1.
  4. sit ups with plate behind head x 50.
  5. strict chin ups x 25
