WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. snatch:  (x%x1, x%x1, x%x1)3
2. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
3. snatch push press: 5 x5 med weight on last set.
4. back extensions: 3 x 6 use weight, pause 2 sec at top
5. weighted sit ups with weight behind head.  use an ab mat.  100 total
