WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. front squat: 6 sets x 5 reps: 65%x5x2 sets. 70%x5x2 sets, 75%x5 x 2 sets.
  2. back squat: 3 sets x 3 reps light to med.
  3. strict military press: 3 sets x 5 reps
  4.  roman chair sit ups: 3 sets x 25 reps
  5. back extensions: 3 x 10 pausing at top for 1 sec.  no weight is used
