WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:  don’t forget burgener warm up and skill transfer exercises!

  1. 1 arm db snatch+ohs+sotts press+turkish get up+sotts press+stand.  do both arms x 2 complete circuits.
  2. ps + snatch balance no dip+snatch.  5 sets.  1+1+1.  no misses!!!
  3. power clean+front squat+clean+jerk: 1+1+1+1 x 5 sets. no misses
  4. back squat: 5 sets x 2 reps…..use about 85%
  5. 50 AB MAT SIT UPS USING WEIGHT BEHIND HEAD.
