WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. Burgener barbell cycling (clean) 2 min without stopping at each position.

2. Barski cleans: 3 hang cleans 5 sets.

3. Rack jerks behind Neck: 3 sets X 2 reps.  2 sets X 1 rep.  Heavier each set.  But no misses.

4. Good mornings: 5 sets X 5 reps.

5. Roman chair sit ups to parallel: 50 reps.
