WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

good warm up as in a meet.  then:

  1. snatch: 1 snatch on the minute for 5 minutes.  add weight…1 snatch on the minute for 5 minutes.  add weight…1 snatch on the minute for 5 minutes.

rest 10 min

2. clean and jerk: same as snatch
