1. back squats: 10 sets X 3 reps @ 78%

2. overhead squats: 3 sets X 3 reps @ 75% of best ohs.

3. toes to bar X 50 reps

4. Core work—-your weakness training. No more than 10 min.

5. Mobility work—-10-15 min.
