WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM;

1. Box jumps X 25 total….sets of 5

2. Clean and jerk: work up to 85%x1x5

3. Front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

4. Select one weakness exercise that you need work on…work on that exercise no more than 10 min.

5. Toes to bar X 50 reps.

6. Box jumps X 10 reps.
