SELECTION OF WEAKNESS EXERCISE….3 SETS!
2. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
SELECTION OF WEAKNESS EXERCISE….3 SETS.
3. weighted sit ups with weight behind head x 50 total.
