WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch: warm up like a meet.  bar, bar, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1…..then take 3 singles like a meet.  go heavy.
  2. clean and jerk: same as snatch.  but no bar, bar.   2+2 x 2 sets….then 1+1 x 3 sets.  then go for 3 singles and try to go heavy.  no misses.
