WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch: work up to a heavy single.  use the same protocol that you would use if you were lifting in a meet.  might look something like this: bar work, bar work….3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 (3 might be with 40 kg, 2 with 50 kg, then singles from there.
  2. clean and jerk: same as snatch.
  3. front squat: 1, 1, 1.
