WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch: work up to an 8 on the perceived exertion scale…should be about 80% but go by feel rather than %%.  we want to do 5 sets of 1 reps.
  2. clean and jerk: same as the snatch.
  3. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
