WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:  N0000000000 MISSES!!! 

  1. muscle snatch from floor: 2, 1, 1, 1,
  2. power snatch+snatch: 1+1 x 5 sets.
  3. power clean+clean+jerk: 1+1+1 x 5 sets.
  4. eccentric snatch deadlifts: just like  yesterday.  snatch deadlift bar to high hang….lower bar to 1″from floor repeat.  3 sets x 3 reps.
  5. 25 flutter kicks superseded with 25 super men x 3 sets.
  6. mobility work……ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, wrist!!!
