WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. snatch: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1…..work up to about 65-70%

2. clean and jerk: same as snatch

3. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1,1….last rep should be makable but not max.  heavy.

4. ab mat sit ups with weight behind head: 50 total reps.
