WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: 

  1. back squat: 75%x3x10
  2. 2 position clean pulls: 1 from floor, 1 from hang x 3 sets.   allow elbows to come up high and outside on both reps.  work up to approximately 90% of best clean….using good leg drive and proper form.  do not forget to FINISH!!!
  3.  MOBILITY WORK
  4. 30 sec. warm shower followed by 3 min cold as possible rinse.
