WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  • pwr snatch+ohs: 2+2 x 5 sets.  you choose weight.
  • pwr clean+jerk: 1+2 x 5 sets.  you choose weight.
  • front squat: 75%x3x10 (2 min rest between sets)
  • 50 toes to bar.
  • 30 sec. warm shower followed by 3 min cold as possible rinse.
