WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch: work up to approximately 80% x 1 rep x 5 sets.
  2. snatch pulls: work up to 90%x3, 95%x3, 100%x3
  3. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
  4. back extensions: 3 x 10 using weight.
  5. weighted sit ups with weight behind head x 50 total.
  6. 30 sec. warm shower followed by 3 min cold as possible rinse.
