WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch: 3, 2, warm up….then on the minute take a makable snatch single x 5 min.  then add weight and repeat the on the minute for 5 min…..add weight and repeat for on the minute for 5 min……after these 15 singles….you get 5 more chances to make a heavier weight.  as long as you make the weight you can attempt another single…..up to 5….after 5 you are finished…..if you miss….you are finished.

       rest 15 min.

      2. clean and jerk: same as the snatch

      3. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
