  1. high hang snatch+snatch  x 6 sets. (work on vertical hip drive and staying flat footed longer on the high hang snatch.)
  2.  hang clean+ clean x 6 sets. (work on leg drive and keeping feet flat as possible and as long as possible.
  3. front squat x 3+1 jerk. x 6 sets. (straight dip, straight drive with fast hands and fast feet on the jerk)
  4. 25 strict chin ups: work on getting strong!
  5. mobility work!!
