- snatch+snatch balance no dip x 6 sets. (work on speed)
- high hang clean+hang clean x 6 sets. (work on leg drive and keeping feet flat as possible and as long as possible.
- front squat x 2+1 jerk. x 6 sets. (straight dip, straight drive with fast hands and fast feet on the jerk)
- 25 strict chin ups: work on getting strong!
- mobility work!!
