WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: NO MISSES

  1. snatch+snatch balance no dip x 6 sets. (work on speed)
  2. high hang clean+hang clean x 6 sets. (work on leg drive and keeping feet flat as possible and as long as possible.
  3. front squat x 2+1 jerk. x 6 sets. (straight dip, straight drive with fast hands and fast feet on the jerk)
  4. 25 strict chin ups: work on getting strong!
  5. mobility work!!
