- front squat: 10 sets x 3 reps at 65%
- snatch pulls: 1 from the floor+ one from the hang x 5 sets. create speed and leg drive. ok to let elbows come up!!! soft arms.
- sotts presses out of the front squat: 5 sets x 1 front squat + 3 sotts presses.
- toes to bar x 25 reps.
