WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: LETS GET BACK TO WORK!!

NO MISSES!!!

1. pwr snatch+ohs+hang snatch+snatch: 1+1+1+1 x 6 sets. you select the weight!!!

2. pwr cln+fs+hang cln+clean+jerk: all for 1’s x 6 sets. you select the weight.

3. back extensions: 10, 8, 6.

4. sit ups with a 5 lb weight or more behind head.  feet do not come off floor.

5. box jumps x 25 total.
