WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:   

1. back squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1……keep these medium.

2. clean and jerk: 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1…….light….work on getting body recovered but work good positioning and speed.  i would suggest no more than 50%  remember this is still the d-load week.

3. good mornings to a 45 degree angle: use light weight….3 x 10.

4. hanging leg raise strict: hang, keep legs straight, take toes as high as you can without bending your knees.
