WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. front squat:  i want these to be medium weight.  3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

2. snatch: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1  no misses but i want these to be kept light….very light….my suggestion is no more than 50%.  work speed and technique.

3. ab mat sit ups with weight behind head……make sure you keep heels on the ground.  50 reps.

4. back extensions: work on holding your body parallel for 5-10 sec for 3 reps x 3 sets.
