WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

get a great warm up.

1. snatch Russian pulls: (in the burgener warm up this is down and finish, elbows high and outside!!!  5 sets x 3 reps….work drive on the legs….work finish….lead with the shoulders and pull bar up as high as you can keeping the chest very high!!

2. back squat: 3 sets x 3 reps….go heavy.

3. clean russian pulls: same as above as in the snatch.

4. front squat: 3 x 3….go heavy.  no misses….be smart
