WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. FRONT SQUAT :-)): 20 REPS X 1 SET…….JUST LIKE MONDAY….  work up to a weight with little warm up….about what you feel comfortable with for 12-15 reps.  then do 1 set of 20 breathing (3 large breaths) for each squat.  20 REPS!!!  get ready…this is brutal!

2. 5X5 strict military presses

3. 50 toes to bar.

4. 25 ab mat sit ups with a 5 to 10 lb weight BEHIND your head. keep heels on ground.
