WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:  THIS IS THE LAST WEEK!

1. BACK SQUAT: 20 REPS X 1 SET…….yup…the old 20 reps squat routine.  work up to a weight with little warm up….about what you feel comfortable with for 12-15 reps.  then do 1 set of 20 breathing (3 large breaths) for each squat.  20 REPS!!!  get ready…this is brutal!

2. 25 strict chin ups

3. 50 reverse back extensions with light weight.

4. 100 ab mat sit ups.

5.  1 min hot shower x 3 min cold rinse x 3 sets.  believe me you will need it.
