WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. snatch+snatch balance no dip: 1+1 x 5 sets, no misses.  no dip snatch balances are tough.  be smart.

2. snatch: 1, 1, 1, 1 ,1

3. snatch pulls: 5 sets x 3 reps.  the last rep let down with a 10 sec eccentric count.

4. snatch push press: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

5. 100 ab reps…..you choose the exercise.
