WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. snatch: warm up just like you have been:  bar, x 3, bar x 3, light wt. x 3, a bit heavier x 2, 1, 1, 1, opener. if you make the opener, go for another heavier weight.  make that go up….goal is to get a pr.

rest 10 min.

2. clean and jerk:  same as snatch. except we do not do 3 warm ups in the cj.   you are already warm from snatch……light wt. x 2, heavier x 1, 1, 1, 1 (opener)
