WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:   

1. snatch: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1…..this will be 90% of the opener that you did last saturday.

2. clean and jerk: 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.  same as snatch: 90% of your opener.

3. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1.

4. back extensions: 3 x 10 no weight.
