WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. front squats, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1. (5 box jumps after each set of front squat)

2. back squats: 3, 3, 3, 2, 2,  ( no misses)

3. push press: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

4. back extensions: 10, 8, 6, 4.  use a bar.

5. toe touches x 50
