WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. snatch: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1 (remember NO MISSES….choose weight wisely.)  the last rep would be what you would consider to be your opener in the contest next saturday.

2. clean and jerk: 2, 1, 1, 1…..same as snatch.

3. front squat: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

4. back extensions: 3 x 5 weight on back

5. 100 ab reps your choice.
