WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. FRONT SQUAT: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1 (NOT TO MAX….GOOD WARM UP)
  2. snatch: warm up….3 singles to get to the heavy for the day.  note i did not say max.
  3. clean and jerk: same as snatch:
  4. good morning squats:  just like monday:  light weights…..good morning, then squat….back to good morning, repeat for 6 reps x 3 sets…..use good judgement in weight selection.
