WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: WEEK 4 EVERYTHING FROM FLOOR!
- snatch: work up to 80%x1x5
- snatch pulls: work up to 90%x3, 95%x2, 100%x1
- squat mornings: be careful here. take a light bar and perform a good morning with it…..from the good morning….squat. from the squat go back to the good morning….and then stand up. take these slow…get the flow of the movement. no pausing…..but do them slowly…..3 sets x 5 reps. choose weight smartly!!
- front squat: 2, 2, 1, 1, 1.
- sit ups x 100
