MINI MEET…..PRETEND THAT YOU ARE IN A WEIGHTLIFTING CONTEST.  WARM UP HAVE TO BE CALCULATED…..YOU ARE 21 LIFTS OUT FROM YOUR OPENER….WARM UP APPROPRIATELY BY CALCULATING WHEN TO TAKE YOUR WARM UPS.  HOW MANY WARM UPS DO YOU NEED….REP SCHEME ON WARM UPS??

  1. snatch: you get 3 attempts to hit a max
  2. rest 15 min
  3. clean and jerk: you get 3 attempts to hit a max.
