WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch: work up to 80%x1x5 with a 2 min rest between singles.
  2. clean and jerk: work up to 80%x1x5 sets with a 2 min rest between singles.
  3. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.
  4. ab mat sit ups x 100 total reps using a weight behind head.
  5. good mornings 3 x 6 reps light to medium weight.
