WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. Muscle snatch—-heavy single no more than 5 reps total
  2. Sn pp+ohs: heavy single 1+1 x 3 total sets
  3. Snatch balance: heavy single no more than 5 reps total
  4. Snatch: work up to a heavy single, no more than 5 total reps
  5. Clean and jerk: work up to a heavy single, no more than 5 total reps.
