WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. snatch: work up to a heaviest  single after warm up in 5 sets.  after you hit the single, reduce to 85%x1, 80%x1.

2. clean and jerk:  work up to a heaviest  single after warm up in 5 sets.  after you hit the single, reduce to 85%x1, 80%x1.
