WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. pwr clean+clean+jerk: take % off best clean and jerk.  70%x1+1+1, 75%x1+1+1, 80%x1+1+1, 73%x1+1+1, 78%x1+1+1, 83%x1+1+1, 86%x1+1+1.

2. back extensions with weight: 3 x 5 pause at the top for 2-3 sec.

3. 100 reps of abs.
