Monday, January 16, 2012 at 7:51PM How did you do today? Any questions? There is still time to get signed up. If you signed up and had measurements, make sure you also do the Challenge WOD and start keeping track of your daily score on your paleo eating, oh and did I mention "pay". It is only $20. There I go using that word "only" again. Trying to get it out of my vocabulary. Don't worry I didn't say 20 Burpees... I guess you already did 30 today. Great job on the wod today!

What's your take on supplemental protien drinks (Progenex, Muscle Milk, etc.)? I know some can contain derivatives of milk and/or other non-paleo items. Should we consider this "cheating?"
First day went pretty well for me (Shara). My 'cheats' were Plain Greek Yogurt and a protein shake. Foos, yes I consider that a 'cheat'. We'll see what Shannon says.
I've recently read some articles, one on Andrea Anger in particular where she manages to stay near the top of the female crossfitters with no suupliments. Basically a ton of meat (bacon...better check the quality if you are going to eat it everyday), green veggies and fats. If you're brave try and make that transition. A great post wod meal is a sweet potato. Maybe i'll try to find some more info on post wod meals.
